Elopement planning

 We assist our couples every step of the way. We will guide you through travel & activity planning, based on your specific needs and tastes. We will create timelines and a sample itinerary for the days around your elopement, pull necessary permits, and be your personal concierge for your big day. 

All of our services (planning, florals, photography and officiant) are 100% in house. We do not source vendors in various locations, so you are with us from Planning-Wed.

Photo

Includes a pre-consultation, photos from start to finish of your day, high-resolution images to download, share and impress.

Officiant

Includes a consultation on the legal stuff, a personalized ceremony script, and a unique, regional ritual.

Flowers

Includes 1 bouquet & boutonniere featuring locally sourced flowers.

• Welcome Basket with a hand-picked assortment of goodies to jump-start your celebration.
• A four hour elopement experience with Sweet Fever that includes time for getting ready, first look, toasting, ceremony, couple’s photo session, first dance, and a cake or charcuterie picnic.
• Complimentary Champagne or a specialty cocktail for toasting with glassware *
• Choice of mini cake reception picnic or charcuterie board picnic.
• We will provide you with everything that is needed for a romantic picnic & after snapping a few photos, we will leave you to enjoy some private time with your sweetie. We will provide a Bluetooth speaker and download your favorite song so that you can seal your elopement experience with a kiss and a first dance.

*There is no dream too big for us to explore when it comes to bringing your vision to life. Optional add-ons are available for video highlight reels, photo adventures, floral upgrades, hair & make-up, luxury accommodations, and more.
